We have an opportunity to host and participate in a wellness seminar. Three full day seminar over the weekend, where yogis will work on cleansing the subtle system individually and collectively. Yogis will be receiving treatment and consultation from Dr. Bandekar and Dr.Mehra. There will be collective meditations, foot-soaks, treatments, and Q&A sessions.

A detailed agenda will be sent a few days before the seminar.

Mandatory requirements for attending wellness seminar.

• Practicing Sahaja Yoga for at least three years regularly.
• Attending collective Pujas and Meditations and active in Sahaja. We do not recommend this seminar for newly established seekers.
• Children under 6 are not recommended for this seminar.
• Yogis(inis) who have undergone major surgery in recent months and are on prescriptions, are recommended not to attend.

Once you register the Liability Waiver Agreement will be sent to you which you can complete and email to texasseminar@gmail.com .

Since we can accommodate a limited number of yogis, please register ONLY if you are certain to attend. Payment request will be sent after the registration.

Cost (including lunch and dinner for Aug 2 – Aug 4).

This does not include accommodation. Dallas yogis have volunteered to host outstation yogis at their homes.
